What are the Major Causes of Insomnia?

Insomnia is a sleep disorder by the inability to sleep or the inability to stay asleep for a reasonable period of time off. It may be the result of tension, stress and anxiety. You feel tired after waking up and can affect your daily life. It can affect relationships at home and work, leisure, recreation, and public sentiment. Everyone wants to sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed, but insomnia can inactivate and tired to the day. To treat insomnia in a better manner, it is important to know about the main causes of sleep disorders. Insomnia can have with one or a combination of the following causes: a life stress is the main cause of insomnia. Relationship problems, work problems, pending an upcoming event like a presentation or discussion, or life events like divorce and the sudden death of a loved one are just some examples. Sometimes the change in routine can also lead to insomnia. Traveling, sleeping in a strange bed and a job with flexible working hours for a few examples of interruptions, the routine may cause insomnia, though short-term. Another reason for sleep disturbances can environmental factors. Noise, light, climate change, a room that can get too hot or too cold to disturb sleep, if not overdue. Asthma, eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia, anxiety disorders, the stomach ulcer, you can prevent falling into a restful sleep. Diet, rich in stimulants also responsible for sleep disturbances. Eat drink too much coffee, tea and chocolate too much, especially at night can cause sleep disorders. Alcohol is not recommended.
