Ways to Cure Insomnia<br />
Limit food, liquids and caffeine, and get to bed earlier. The body requires resting before it altogether relaxes. This is a comfy way to cure insomnia and one of the best insomnia cures.<br />
Determine whether you are a morning lark or night owl. If you love to wake up at the break of dawn, then don&#8217;t force yourself into an unrealistic schedule. Learn your rhythms and let it shape your sleeping habits.</p>
<p>Check medications. If you is on a prescription drug that disturbs sleep, speak with your doctor or herbal specialist about cures for insomnia.<br />
Exercise regularly because your physical health has an impact on quality of the sleep. Whether its yoga, fencing, running, or walking – get oxygen and move the body round. This is a good way to cure insomnia.<br />
Read, meditate, pray, or listen to relaxing music at a least half hour earlier to the prescribed sleep hour. Keep a daybook or pad of paper by the bed; write down your concerns and idea.
